Prof. Thomas Mikolajick, director of NaMLab and Professor of Nanoelectronics at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at TU Dresden, was appointed “IEEE Fellow” for his contributions to non-volatile memory. The grade of IEEE Fellow, that will be effective starting from 1st January 2023, is the highest in IEEE society and it is achieved through nomination by other Fellows and subsequent recognition by the Board of Directors of IEEE, the world’s most important professional association of engineers in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science.
