Uwe Schroeder received the International Award of Ferroelectric Materials and Their Applications of 2019 on May 30, 2019 in Kyoto Japan. The award was given at the 36th meeting on Ferroelectric Materials and Their Applications (FMA) in recognition of Dr. Schroeder’s contribution to the discovery and progress in knowledge of ferroelectric materials based on doped HfO2.
