Memory Concepts

In cooperation with Forschungzentrum Rossendorf, the TU Dresden, the IPHT Jena, Innovent Jena and as industrial consultant GLOBALFOUNDRIES, we are currently preparing a BMBF funded project for the reseach and development of resistance change memory cell concepts.
